Synergy Consulting, Inc., along with Synergy Academy, Supported the Asian Development Bank in conducting a Capacity Building Program on PPPs

Synergy Consulting, Inc., along with Synergy Academy, is proud to have supported Asian Development Bank (ADB) in conducting a Capacity Building Program on Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) for the Government of Solomon Islands, held in Honiara between May 12, 2026 to May 21, 2026.

Over the course of 8 days, the program helped 35 participants representing line ministries and agencies, to learn about PPP fundamentals and Risk Management, PPP Standard Operating Procedures, PPP Agreements, Procurement and Contract Management.

The training program was funded by the Asia Pacific Project Preparation Facility (AP3F) and co-organized by ADB’s Office of Markets Development and Public-Private Partnership (OMDP) and the PPP Unit of the Solomon Islands’ Ministry of Finance and Treasury. It is part of ADB’s broader effort to develop the PPP market in the Solomon Islands.
