Synergy Consulting supported Asian Development Bank (ADB) on Financial Analysis for the Project – Vietnam’s First Certified Green Loan. We are honoured to have contributed to the successful completion of this landmark transaction.
This financing will be utilized for development of 257 MW solar plant in Hao Hoi, Phu Yen Province. The Project, jointly developed by B. Grimm Power Public Company Limited and Truong Thanh Viet Nam Group Joint Stock Company, is the largest single operating solar plant in the country.
US$ 186 Million debt comprises of financing by ADB and LEAP (Leading Asia’s Private Infrastructure Fund) as well as syndicated facilities with participation from regional and international commercial banks.
