Synergy Consulting, Inc. was delighted to conduct a two-day Executive Training Program in Project Finance and Financial Modeling – Basic level for our esteemed client, the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Uzbekistan on July 24-25, 2024, at their head office in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

The training was well-attended by various teams from the Ministry of Energy, Thermal power plants, National Electric Grids of Uzbekistan, the Energy Market Regulation and Development Agency, and Uz Energy Trade. The training covered key elements of PPP procurement methods, a Project finance framework, Bankability in the power sector, Tariff structure, and Financial modelling.
