Synergy Consulting, Inc., acting as Financial Advisor, is honored to have advised the Consortium of Asyad Group and Lamar Holding to achieve the Financial Closure of Abu Ali Serviced Residential Compound (AA) Project.
Saudi Aramco tendered the AA Project and awarded it to the Consortium after multiple rounds of bidding.
The project is set to be operational in 2027 and has a concession tenor of 20 years.
The project includes serviced residential compounds to meet the housing requirements of c.500 employees working at Abu Ali Island, located in the Eastern Province north of Al Jubail industrial city, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
