Synergy, acting as the financial advisor, played a pivotal role in optimizing the financing structure for the project. We ensured alignment of funding with project requirements, enhancing its attractiveness to both local and international lenders. With an expected annual processing capacity of 900,000 tonnes of waste, the project is poised to enable a significant reduction in carbon emissions—an estimated 1.1 million tonnes per year—setting a benchmark for future similar projects in the region and beyond.
