Synergy Consulting is appointed as the Transaction Advisor by the PPP Authority to support establishing a 50-seat medical college and upgrading as well as modernizing the existing railway #hospital to a 250-bed hospital at #Saidpur in #Nilphamari, #Bangladesh. The Project Company will be responsible to design, build, finance, operate and transfer the medical college and the hospital.
The Project is part of the #government‘s push to increase private sector participation and improve healthcare facilities. The Project will be developed on unused land owned by Bangladesh #Railway, which will be the implementing agency. The scope of work of Synergy Consulting includes feasibility assessment, transaction structuring, running the complete procurement process through the #Financial Close of the Project, and undertaking training for the Client teams.
