Synergy Consulting successfully conducted a Training Workshop on PPP and Project Finance for the representatives of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The objective of this Training Workshop was to support capacity building of the various ministries involved in the design and implementation of PPP framework and upcoming Projects in Uzbekistan. The Training Workshop was conducted for participants from the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade, Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Transportation and other government ministries and agencies and State owned Enterprises.
This Training Workshop covered key PPP concepts such as Introduction to PPP & Project Finance, Risk Allocation and Mitigation, Tender Process, and Innovative Financing. This training also aimed to strengthen the existing PPP knowledge-base and aid in successful private sector participation in infrastructure Projects and services in Uzbekistan.
