Synergy Consulting, Inc. is the Financial and Commercial Advisor to the Office National d’Electricité et d’Eau Potable (ONEE) for Appointing the consortium of Acciona Agua S.A, Green of Africa Investment S.A and Afriquia Gaz S.A to implement the Casablanca-Settat desalination plant project Under Public – Private Partnership.
ONEE issued the tender for the project in September 2022, bids were received in August 2023 and evaluated on technical and financial parameters. The consortium comprising of Acciona Agua S.A, Green of Africa Investment S.A, and Afriquia Gaz S.A, as the Private Partner, would be responsible for the designing, construction, financing, operations, and maintenance of the Casablanca-Settat desalination plant.
The project would be developed under a 30-year concession term, after which it will be transferred to the Public Partner.
