Synergy Consulting, Inc. is honored to have supported Saudi Tabreed in successful Financial Closing of refinancing of the King Khalid International Airport District Cooling Project in Riyadh, with a maximum capacity of 35,000 TR.
The Project’s offtaker is Riyadh Airports Company (RAC).
The new lender for the Project is Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) while the exiting lender group included Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB) and Saudi National Bank (SNB).
The Financial Close involves an SAR 150 Million financing package.
