Synergy Consulting, Inc. is working with Ireland and South Africa based Phelan Energy Group (PEG) as transaction and financial advisor for a utility-scale green ammonia project.
Synergy will support Phelan Energy Group in initial concept design, MoU signing with the government authorities and conducting the financial and bankability review. It will also work with the technical and legal advisors to formulate the optimal strategy for the development of the project. Synergy will bring in its rich experience in the green hydrogen and ammonia sector to benefit the project.
Phelan Energy Group has acquired a substantial land bank in several key international locations to meet its first phase target of 2,500,000 tons of Green Ammonia per year. It aims to utilize their significant solar and wind experience to be a high-volume, low-cost producer for markets in Europe and Far East.
