We’re excited to take note that the Synergy Internship Program (SIP) is ever popular @ prestigious academic institutions in India, such as Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, Indian Institute of Management, Indore, Faculty of Management Studies – University of Delhi, XLRI Jamshedpur, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay – Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, Indian Institute of Management, Shillong, Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, Management Development Institute, Gurgaon and SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research among others.

At Synergy, we prioritize providing our interns with comprehensive learning experiences and hands-on work exposure.

Interns are placed on live engagements, working with Synergy’s core finance team to collaborate with Synergy’s esteemed clients across the world in various geographies and sectors.

Synergy interns also receive the opportunity to engage with team members across Synergy’s 13 global offices.

Our senior core finance team members @ Synergy dedicate their valuable time to mentoring the interns, guiding them to acquire practical knowledge aligned with their postgraduate studies and career goals.

Synergy believes in holistic team development by involving interns in our in-house team-building activities and celebrations in Synergy’s New Delhi, India office.

Select interns receive Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs) from Synergy, paving the way for them to join the Synergy Team full-time upon completing their MBA programs.
