Project Agreements for Jubail 3B IWP (570,000 m3/ day RO plant with one day production storage) signed with consortium comprising International Power S.A (“Engie”), Nesma Company Limited and Abdulaziz Al Ajlan Sons.

Synergy Consulting is pleased to announce the signing of Project Agreements for Jubail 3B IWP between SWPC and the Consortium of International Power S.A (“Engie”), Nesma Company Limited and Abdulaziz Al Ajlan Sons. The Project will be located south of Jubail City and shall supply water to Riyadh, Qassim and Eastern Provinces. The deal is significant as the approvals & announcement of preferred bidder, negotiations on the Project documents, and finally execution of Project agreements were successfully undertaken amidst COVID-19 related travel restrictions. This deal sets exemplary standard of coordination among various stakeholders and a new benchmark in relation to adherence to due diligence process which complies with the highest standard of transparency and fairness in the procurement process.
