The workshop offered an in-depth exploration of:
- Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Frameworks
- Project Finance Structuring and Risk Allocation
- PPP Projects’ Bankability, and Sources of Financing
- Financial Model Design and Sensitivity Analysis
- Case Studies from projects across Central Asia
Participants came from a wide range of private sector organizations, including Akfa Group, Azerbaijan Uzbek Investment Company, Dentons, Centil, Kinstellar, Solvo, Juru Energy Consulting, MESMER and National Electric Grids of Uzbekistan, creating a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange and professional networking.
The two-day intensive program combined theoretical insights with practical exercises, including interactive case studies and financial modeling simulations. Attendees left with a deepened understanding of project financing, risk management, and strategic investment structuring, equipping them to contribute effectively to Uzbekistan’s growing infrastructure and PPP ecosystem.
