This intensive programme brought together professionals working across infrastructure and PPP projects for a highly practical learning experience. Through live instruction, group exercises, and sector case studies spanning renewables, power, and transport, participants strengthened their ability to assess project risk, structure transactions, and apply project finance concepts in real-world settings.
The training covered core areas including project finance fundamentals, deal structuring, lifecycle risk allocation, due diligence, and PPP payment mechanisms. The programme was designed to combine technical depth with practical application, enabling participants to work through frameworks and tools that support project evaluation and decision-making.
