شركة سينرجي للاستشارات is honored and delighted to serve as the Lead and Financial Advisor to the Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC), KSA, for achieving Financial Close of the Jubail Buraydah Independent Water Transmission Pipeline (IWTP) —which has been recognized with the prestigious “Water Deal of the Year” award by Infra Global Awards.
This project includes a water transmission pipeline of capacity of 650,000 cubic meters per day which aims at strengthening the potable water distribution system.
The project, set to be operational in 2029, is structured as a 35-year concession. It is the largest water transmission project in the region to be developed with the participation of the private sector.
The project marks an important milestone aligned with the sector’s strategic goals and KSA’s long-term vision for building sustainable and resilient water infrastructure to support future population growth and economic development.
