Synergy Consulting is honored to be the Financial Advisor to Total on the Dondo Solar PV IPP Project in Mozambique.
The Project with 30 MWac capacity is part of the Mozambique’s Renewable Energy Auction Programme (PROLER), implemented by state owned Electricidade de Moçambique (EDM) and procured on a competitive tender basis by Energy Regulatory Authority (ARENE) of Mozambique. Bids for the Project were submitted on December of 2021. Total has been selected as the successful bidder for the Project.
Synergy provided Financial Advisory Services to the client for the tender, including preparation of the financial model, market sounding to devise optimal financing plan, assistance in formalization of financial and commercial strategy to optimize bid structure and other related work streams.
