These integrated components are designed to ensure sustainable and efficient sewage treatment, supporting Saudi Arabia\u2019s environmental sustainability goals under Vision 2030. <\/p>\n<p>The Project is expected to reach commercial operation by Q4 &#8211; 2026 and will be operated under a 25-year concession\u2014a model that reflects the Kingdom\u2019s continued commitment to Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) in vital sectors.<\/p>\n<p>The Financial Close involves an approximate financial package of USD 500 million with Banque Saudi Fransi as the global senior facility agent for the Project.<br \/>\nSynergy is honored to have served as the Lead and Financial Advisor for the sponsor group, contributing to Financial Close of the Project. <\/p>\n<p>Synergy remains committed to enabling transformative infrastructure across Middle East and beyond, supporting clients in structuring bankable, sustainable, and innovative solutions for the future.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Synergy is excited to bring you valuable insights on Al-Haer Independent Sewage Treatment Plant (ISTP) project from Synergy team members Rohit Pandey, Managing Director and Iresh Gupta, Manager.
