Medlog, as the Private Partner, would be responsible for the designing, construction, financing, operations, and maintenance of the dry port and value-added logistics center.<\/p>\n<p>The project would be developed under a 30-year concession term, after which it will be transferred to the Public Partner.<\/p>\n<p>Synergy Consulting will continue to support the Client to achieve the Commercial
