Synergy Consulting, Inc. is pleased to announce the execution of an engagement agreement with Mercantil in connection with a strategic industrial project in Peru.
Under the engagement, Synergy will provide Financial and Development Advisory support focused on commercial review, financial analysis, project viability assessment, technology license negotiations, and preliminary market engagement.
The mandate is intended to help support Project Feasibility and position the Project as it advances through this initial phase.
