Promotion of Ms. Neha Mittal to Managing Director

Neha joined Synergy in 2008 @ the launch of Synergy’s first global office in New Delhi, India, outside of the Company HQ in the USA. The Company was considered a startup then.

Neha was coopted into the Synergy Administrative Support team in 2016. She has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of the Organizational dynamics @ Synergy.

Team welfare has always been close to Neha’s heart, helping promote processes and policies for heightened team engagement and team sustainability, as well as team expansion from a start-up to Synergy’s 14 global offices today.

Neha’s dedication has also significantly contributed to the growth and success of the Administrative Team, the backbone of the Organization.

Throughout her tenure, Neha has showcased exemplary commitment, supervising multiple departments and related Administrative Support Teams @ Synergy.

In her new role, Neha will spearhead initiatives to further enhance Organizational Development and change management for process-driven autonomy in administrative support teams.

Synergy highly values women empowerment in the Organization with Synergy going the extra several miles, extending support to our women team members in helping them grow and thrive.
