Governments and international bodies must prioritize efficient water resource management, embracing technologies like dams, wastewater treatment, and desalination facilities. The article advocates for the success-proven Public Private Partnership (PPP) model to alleviate financial burdens on state-owned utilities and enhance operational efficiency.
