Financial Advisor to the Consortium of Etihad Water and Electricity (EtihadWE), TAQA Water Solutions and Saur International in the execution of a long-term Sewage Treatment Agreement (STA)

Synergy Consulting, Inc. is honored to be the Financial Advisor to the Consortium of Etihad Water and Electricity (EtihadWE), TAQA Water Solutions and Saur International in the execution of a long-term Sewage Treatment Agreement (STA) with the Public Services Department (PSD) of Ras Al Khaimah for the RAKWA ISTP Project, Ras Al Khaimah’s first large-scale wastewater PPP project, delivered under a BOOT framework.

With a treatment capacity of 60,000 cubic meters per day, the RAKWA ISTP Project will significantly enhance wastewater treatment capacity, serving a potential population of 300,000. The Project will play a critical role in supporting both current and future urban and industrial developments across the Emirate.
