On April 24, 2024, the Management Development Institute of Singapore in Tashkent, which is prestigious, reputable, and famous for its permanent partners providing educational programs from the United Kingdom, held its Spring Career Fair for its graduates and students. Over 100 organizations representing different sectors of the economy attended the fair. Almost 500-700 students and graduates were eager to apply for jobs that operate in the fields of banking and finance, accounting, industrial management and audit.
Synergy Consulting, Inc. was warmly and specially welcomed to participate in this next journey to provide a vibrant platform for meaningful interactions between graduates and the representatives from our sector. We visually appealed to the students by our booth design that showcased our SYNERGY brand and displayed with our standee, brochures, and notepads by directing each candidate to relevant resources, such as the website, application portal, and information brochures with QR codes. Our team guided each candidate about company culture, open positions, and the application process and its steps and handled sensitive topics, such as salary or benefits, with tact and transparency by maintaining a positive attitude even when asked repetitive or challenging questions.
Furthermore, we encouraged candidates with some quiz interactions related to finance, audit, banking, and computer skills. We clearly defined our goals setting, specific aims and our achievements over the years. We set realistic expectations and prioritize the important goals to be completed. A certain number of resumes and emails and the number of follow-ups received from talented students who have already worked in the finance sector. That was a huge plus for employment. Our participation was a doorway to numerous opportunities for graduates who already had experience in accounting, banking, and project financing as thus how their interests in financial modeling and audit, project development along with mergers and acquisitions came during our in-person interaction and they were looking to make a huge splash in the professional world and looking to make new challenges.
We believe that we provided an unbeatable chance to network, learn, and move up in their career paths. As finding the right employer-employee match is a life-changing and crucial task, we tried to delight the audience to a great extent, hoping it would help get more brand awareness around our company.
