This deal, stands as a strong example of how innovative infrastructure and project finance solutions can unlock value for governments, attract long-term private capital, and support the energy transition across emerging markets.<\/p>\n<p>Synergy Consulting is honored to act as the Financial and Valuation Advisor to Asian Development Bank and Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) on this landmark deal.
