Synergy Consulting, Inc., is pleased to share that it acted as the sole financial advisor to Catrion Catering Holding Company (previously Saudi Arabian Catering Company) to achieve financial close of its industrial scale catering project procured by Red Sea Global Company. The concession period for the project is 20 years and a long term facility of USD 59 million was raised for the catering project with the Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB).

Synergy worked on the commercial aspects of the concession agreement for the project to ensure bankability under a limited recourse financing structure.
