Synergy Consulting, Inc. is honored and delighted to receive the “Social Infra Deal of the Year” award 𝗮𝘁 the PFI 2023 Awards for 𝘁𝗵𝗲 “NEOM Residential Communities, KSA”
Synergy Consulting, Inc. supported Alfanar Company in the successful financial close of five Residential Communities, procured by NEOM under Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Maintain contracts (DBFOM), with aggregate financing over SAR 10 BN, denominated in USD and SAR from local commercial banks. Synergy Consulting, Inc. acted as the Lead and Financial Advisor and worked across multiple facets of the transaction supporting Alfanar Company, starting from the bid submission to negotiations with NEOM and finally achieving the financial close. This is the first phase of Residential Communities project by NEOM, providing accommodation to ~50,000 employees.
