Synergy Consulting, Inc., is honored to have advised UNIGAZ Arabia by providing comprehensive commercial and financial bid advisory support for its successful participation in the Ministry of Energy’s LPG infrastructure licensing program in the Royaume d'Arabie Saoudite.
The Ministry of Energy recently announced the winning bidders for eight licenses covering the establishment, development, operation, and maintenance of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) filling and storage facilities, as well as the wholesale distribution of LPG across the Kingdom. The initiative represents a significant step toward strengthening Saudi Arabia’s LPG infrastructure, enhancing competition, and improving service quality and supply reliability for consumers.
Following a competitive tender process and comprehensive evaluation of submitted bids, UNIGAZ Arabia was awarded three LPG filling and storage facility licenses in Riyadh, Hail, and Al-Ahsa, along with a license for wholesale LPG distribution across the Kingdom.
Synergy provided end-to-end commercial and financial bid advisory services to UNIGAZ Arabia, supporting bid strategy, financial modelling, commercial structuring, bid preparation, and submission throughout the tender process. The engagement involved close coordination with multiple stakeholders to develop a competitive and compliant bid for this strategically important opportunity.
