Tendered by Saudi Aramco in December 2022 and awarded after multiple rounds of bidding, the project represents a groundbreaking initiative in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, leveraging a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with a build-own-operate-transfer (BOOT) structure.<\/p>\n<p>This milestone project underscores Synergy\u2019s commitment to delivering top-tier advisory for complex infrastructure projects that transform regional industrial and residential landscapes. The real-estate development will meet the needs of approximately 1,950 personnel at pivotal operations such as the Haradh Gas Plant and Southern Area Gas Production sites, providing modernized housing and strategic facilities for a robust and sustainable workforce.<\/p>\n<p>The project&#8217;s targeted operational date in 2027, with a 20 year concession post the start of operations.
