We’re excited @ Synergy to have our Summer Interns working in-office this year in 2022 after a\u00a0two year hiatus of internship going virtual because of the pandemic.<\/p>\n

Excellence is @ the core of Synergy.<\/p>\n
Internship day 1 starts with a welcome ceremony, handing over joining goodies, an office tour and various\u00a0introduction\u00a0sessions with the site leadership team.<\/p>\n
Interns interact with the leadership team during their first week of joining and through the duration of two months with\u00a0their respective mentors.<\/p>\n
Synergy is committed to providing Interns with the best\u00a0work experience.\u00a0Interns are placed on live projects and mentored for skills development, actual client interaction as well as academic learning.<\/p>\n
Interns are introduced to Synergy Service Initiative (SSI), for the holistic professional and personal development experience. Site visits are planned to the school for less privileged children and Interns are also provided the opportunity\u00a0to participate in Blood Donation Drive.<\/p>\n
