The plant has secured long-term power purchase agreements with JSE-listed PPC and POWERX, a NERSA-licensed private electricity trader, underpinning its revenue profile through the dual-offtake structure.<\/p>\n<p>The transaction adds to the steady growth of private investment in South Africa&#8217;s electricity sector, bringing new renewable generation capacity onto the grid and supporting the country&#8217;s energy transition and economic growth.
