Synergy has been engaged by Mancoraland S.A.C. to provide Financial Advisory services for the Marina Coast Per\u00fa, a landmark project for tourism, marina, and real estate development on Peru\u2019s northern coast.<\/p>\n
The Project:<\/strong><\/p>\n Located on 262 hectares in Punta Sal, Tumbes \u2014 the coastline renowned for one of the best year-round climates in the world \u2014 Marina Coast Per\u00fa will feature the first world-class residential marina in South Pacific region, with total projected investment of US$350 Mn.<\/p>\n Marina Coast Per\u00fa is developed in alignment with World Bank’s Environmental, Social & Governance framework and the IFC Performance Standards on Environmental & Social Sustainability.<\/p>\n The Project will mobilize sustainable tourism, catalyze private investment, and generate significant direct \/ indirect employment in the Tumbes region, northern Per\u00fa.<\/p>\n The Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n The Sponsor:<\/strong><\/p>\n Mancoraland S.A.C. is a joint venture between Grupo Bertello Seg\u00fa and Grupo Braedt, two established Peruvian real estate groups, led by CEO Jos\u00e9 Luis Bertello Seg\u00fa.
